We had a 30′ by 12′ rotten deck that needed replaced. Jacquay Home upgrades was recommended by our neighbor, so we had them out to quote or project. Kim was the only one out of three, that showed up when he said he would to provide a quote. Not only did he provide a detailed and timely quote, he had suggestions that we didn’t even think about. He won our trust, so we hired them for the job. They finished ahead of schedule, even though they ran into a couple unforeseen issues. We received numerous compliments from our neighbors and are very happy with the results. Now my wife wants them to build a gazebo to cover our new deck.

Kim has really been on top of his game at our lake house. First, he built a wheelchair ramp, put in a new shower, and new vapor barrier in the crawlspace. All done quickly and right! Then, we needed half of the floor removed, new joists and subflooring. Of course, needed new carpet and laminate put in! On time, no hassles or complications. Perfection. Kim changed the old water heater to an on-demand heater, no problems! Kim changed out old lights for ceiling fans. We can’t say enough good things about Kim, he has been our go-to guy for everything.
